As VP of Growth and Development and a licensed Associate Broker at The Cannon Team, I am dedicated to empowering real estate professionals to reach their highest potential—while continuing to serve my own clients with the same care and commitment. I thrive on helping others navigate one of the biggest investments of their lives, I recognize the trust my clients and agents place in me, and I strive every day to exceed expectations.
With a degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and a strong background in sales, education, and leadership, I bring a unique blend of strategy, mentorship, and real-world experience to the table. I specialize in helping agents scale their businesses, close more deals, and break through barriers with confidence. My coaching approach focuses on intentional growth equipping agents with the mindset, tools, and systems they need to thrive in an ever-changing market.
Whether I am mentoring a new agent, leading high-impact training, or negotiating a deal for a client, I lead with purpose, clarity, and heart. I’m passionate about fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results—where agents are supported at every stage of their journey, and clients feel empowered throughout theirs.
